Berry Cosmopolitan
A fruity and fresh mocktail with blueberry and bright citrus notes. Bitter & Berry and Angostura bitters add extra depth and a slightly bitter edge.
Ingredients
- 5 cl ZERO,O Bitter & Berry
- 2 cl lime syrup or lime cordial
- 10 cl blueberry juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel or an edible flower for garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange peel on the rim of the glass or with an edible flower.
- Cocktail version
- Add 4 cl vodka and 2 cl triple sec.
