Pink Lychee
A smooth and aromatic mocktail in which lychee and Pink Blossom take centre stage. Lavender enhances the floral character, while lemon provides a fresh balance.
Ingredients
- 6 cl Pink Blossom
- 2 cl lavender syrup
- 20 cl lychee juice
- 2 cl lemon juice
- Ice
- Lavender, a violet, or fresh lychee for garnish
Method
- Add Pink Blossom, lavender syrup, lychee juice, and lemon juice to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender, a violet, or a piece of fresh lychee.
- Cocktail version
- Add 5 cl gin.
