Pink Paloma Zero
A fresh, sparkling mocktail in which pomelo and lime create a lively citrus character. Hibiscus adds a soft fruity and floral touch.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Pink Blossom
- 2 cl lime juice
- 12 cl Schweppes Pomelo
- 2 cl hibiscus syrup
- Ice cubes
- Tajín or a salt mix for the rim
- Fresh grapefruit for garnish
Method
- Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a little lime juice.
- Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a little lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add Pink Blossom and lime juice.Pink Blossom en limoensap toe.
- Top up with Schweppes Pomelo.
- Stir very briefly to combine everything.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
- Cocktail version
- Add 5 cl tequila.
