Blossom Cheeks Zero
A fruity and floral mocktail with raspberry and violets. Lemon gives it a fresh touch, while soda keeps it light and sparkling.
Ingredients
- 5 raspberries
- 5 cl Pink Blossom
- 2 cl violet syrup
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar
- 10 cl soda water
- Crushed ice
- A few raspberries for garnish
Method
- Muddle the raspberries finely in the glass.
- Add Pink Blossom, cane sugar, violet syrup, and lemon juice.
- Stir everything with a bar spoon until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fill the glass completely with crushed ice.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a few raspberries on a pick and a straw.
- Cocktail version
- Add 5 cl vodka.
